\\- Victor Bravo Real Estate Solutions is looking for a self-driven Inside Sales Rep to screen and develop leads for properties that we may be interested in purchasing. MUST HAVES o Must be a great communicator in person AND on the phone o Must have EMPATHY for other people in order to best serve their needs o Must be able to take NO for an answer and not take rejection personally (over and over again) o Must be willing to take guidance and direction (and act on it) o Must be able to take copious notes on EVERY conversation you have with our leads o Must have a burning desire to learn, grow and flourish within the Real Estate Investment world o Must have a burning desire to be directly involved with direct sales o Must be a consummate professional o Must self-educate and continue to learn and read every day o Must be willing to ask for help when you need it o Must be willing to let us know if you become overwhelmed and backlogged The above bullets are important to us for many reasons.
