Client Service Associate

Company Description Maze Marketing is looking for a Client Service Associate. • Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information • Support the team's marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events and seminars. • Prioritize and organize the workflow and collaborate with all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts. Qualifications • Degree or equivalent preferred • Minimum of 1-2 years customer or client service work or related experience required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to line up and organize workflow • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently • Able to accomplish a variety of tasks in an efficient, organized manner • Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict and use priority setting to accomplish goals required
