Client Services Account Associate

The Client Services Account Associate’s main responsibility is to support clients with their lead generation campaigns via the NetLine B2B Buyer Engagement Platform Portal. To be successful in this role, you must be extremely flexible and dedicated with a passion for serving clients with integrity; have a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time; and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to proactively provide client feedback and recommendations on Portal improvements as well as product features that can positively impact the company’s bottom line. • Other duties and projects as assigned. • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a deadline- driven and fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as time-management skills.
