The Client Services Account Manager acts as the main client liaisons for NetLine’s Lead Generation Services. A successful Client Services Account Manager will be responsible for improving both customer satisfaction and service delivery efficiencies; must be extremely flexible and dedicated with a passion for serving clients with integrity; have a strong attention to detail; and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Attend regular campaign meetings with clients and provide feedback and updates on campaign results. Utilize feedback to create an optimization plan that will help ensure success of the client’s campaign. • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals • Strong analytical skills regarding performance measurements and management.
