It is a high-energy role responsible for ad campaign management including order entry, obtaining creative, trafficking, proofing, testing and reporting for digital and print advertising to ensure an accurate and smooth execution of creative campaigns. The position works closely with our creative team to execute ad campaigns and also with our inside sales team to ensure program success. Qualifications: • Must be able to diplomatically enforce deadlines • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Keen eye for detail • Bachelor’s degree in related fields or equivalent work experience • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Passion for customer service • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure • Aptitude for leaning and understanding contemporary web technology • Working knowledge of MS Office, Google product suite, web technology dashboard • Maintains schedules, accuracy, and quality control throughout the ad process. • Obtain, traffic, proof, and manage creative materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
