Client Services Manager

Provide expert level client service at a fee-based financial planning firm, following high standards of business/professional ethics and legal/regulatory requirements. RESPONSIBILITES: Greet clients/visitors; maintain office during office hours around 4 hours a day Answer office main line phone; direct calls Schedule client appointments; maintain calendar for principal advisor Maintain CRM System Request/collect client financial statements/documents/data Coordinate all client appointments & paperwork Develop/maintain/implement marketing plan strategies - Using social media as an advertising tool (Facebook, Twitter etc. ); Manage marketing platforms/social media accounts/website and research new content Scan documents & maintain organized/compliant electronic filing system Provide administrative support to business owner and perform general office tasks/other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Financial industry/compliance knowledge preferred, background check is required Phenomenal interpersonal/phone skills, written/verbal communication skills, and client service orientation Ability to be an organized/effective team member who can display attention to detail, initiative, manage time/projects efficiently, and handle changing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems (Redtail a plus), email marketing software (FMG Suite a plus)
