Serves as the 'voice of the client' with the internal organization to ensure that all program requirements and expectations are met. Accountable for program requirements, program improvements and client satisfaction. Prepares reports for management and clients regarding the status of the program and advises clients on recommendations to improve their business • Oversee the communication of all program information and requirements with the client & internal operations. • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
