Client Solutions Manager, (Ad-Sales) - PanLATAM

Success in this position requires a great focus on business strategy, client service, ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique suite of ad product solutions. Responsibilities: - Manage and grow post-sale client relationships in your book of business, work with a consultative approach and become an expert in your managed industries - Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client business goals - Grow revenue, educate and lead upsell conversations with clients post initial sale - Spearhead client education on products and product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies - Lead measurement strategies for clients, tracking metrics and finding insights to drive "test and learn" mindset in clients, working closely with Latam TikTok Measurement Team - Consult and coach clients and agencies to achieve greater results on TikTok solutions - Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues Why Join Us Inspiring creativity is at the core of TikTok's mission.
