# Gimbal ## Client Strategist - Social Media (remote) **Job Label:** Client Strategist - Social Media **true[X]** is a technology company building the next generation of advertising products and experiences for premium video. true[X] is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive **Client Strategist** **(remote)** to join our team! This role will have a focus on Social Media offerings within the Channel line of business but will also include management of all existing products. * Ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service by working collaboratively with cross functional teams (sales, ad operations, engineering, and product) * Understanding and effectively communicating Gimbal technology, processes, and partnerships as they relate to the growth of current and prospective client accounts * Maintaining a metrics-based approach to your book of business to enable accountability to your existing clients * Supporting localized marketing efforts via development of case studies to establish market presence * Work with customers to deliver timely and effective campaigns as well as managing expectations and communicating deliverables **Benefits & Perks** It’s no secret that we work hard, but we also strive to create an office environment where the lines between work and play are blurred. **Who you are:** * **A proactive go-getter** — you take ownership and are accountable for all you do, with the initiative to learn new skills on the fly * **A self- starter** — you thrive working in small, collaborative teams with a lot of autonomy * **An outgoing communicator** — you know how to get your point across clearly and effectively regardless of who you’re speaking to **What you have:** * Strong client facing experience, preferably in a tech/data company or agency * Results-driven with knowledge and experience in driving business objectives, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction and revenue growth * Ability to identify and resolve any customer/campaign conflicts * Extensive experience with Facebook’s Ads Manager, including managing, optimizing, trafficking multimarket campaigns * Extensive experience with Facebook’s Business Manager, including permissioning, administration, and account management * Expert of Facebook ad policy and compliance * Well versed in data manipulation and management in Excel.
