Client Success Associate

As a growing leader in the telecommunications industry, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team as an entry-level Client Account Manager. As the entry-level Client Account Manager on our sales team, you will receive hands-on training, direct client exposure, and the mentorship and support you need to be successful in the role. Responsibilities of the entry-level Client Account Manager: • Engage directly with clients, within an assigned territory, promoting products and services tailored to their needs • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new clients, promoting client loyalty and retention • Collaborate with the sales team and other entry-level Client Account Managers to refine the enrollment process and improve customer support • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set for the entry-level Client Account Manager, directly contributing to the success of the company • Attend weekly meetings with management and other entry-level Client Account Managers to improve sales and leadership skills • Keep accurate records of all sales transactions and client interactions to track sales performance and client retention • Stay up to date with all products, services, and promotions to effectively assist clients and boost sales opportunities Qualifications of the entry-level Client Account Manager: • Experience as a Client Account Manager, in sales, customer service, or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed • Reliable transportation to and from the local office daily Job Type: Full-time
