This role is designed for someone with at least 5 years of experience working in a marketing agency environment in a client-facing role, such as account management, client success, marketing consulting, or strategy coordination. Strategic copywriting and marketing clarity are core skills of this role. You’ll also report back on results, data, and outcomes, continuously consulting with clients to refine strategy and improve performance. Key Responsibilities Core Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 20 ongoing client accounts, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables through clear, timely, and professional written and verbal communication • Conduct client onboarding interviews and discovery sessions, translating insights into written marketing strategies, briefs, and copy execution • Manage client services using proven processes, ensuring client files are organized, timelines are met, and both internal teams and clients stay aligned and on task.
