Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Client Success Manager located in St. Peters, MO. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include monitoring client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, offering solutions to improve client outcomes, and analyzing trends to identify opportunities for growth. Collaboration with internal teams to support client needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions is also integral to this role.

Qualifications
Strong background in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Retention to ensure a positive client experience.Proven expertise in Relationship Building to foster long-lasting partnerships with clients.Solid Analytical Skills to monitor client data, identify trends, and recommend data-informed improvements.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and resolve issues proactively.Experience in direct marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar discipline is a plus.
