You should be confident navigating complex media ecosystems across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Connected TV, with the ability to speak fluently about attribution, platform nuances, and data integrity. Strategic Media Management • Lead full-funnel marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and CTV • Deeply understand how platform algorithms, attribution models, and media types work together • Analyze view-through and click-through data, match back to business goals • Make proactive, data-informed recommendations for budget shifts and channel mix • Identify trends or issues early and suggest solutions fast Media Expertise • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and CTV platforms • Experience with UTMs, attribution modeling, tracking setups, and performance testing • Able to explain the role of each platform in a media mix and how they impact the full funnel • Understand what to optimize when performance is off and guide internal teams accordingly General Requirements • 5+ years experience in digital marketing or client success at a performance-focused agency • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills • Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams If you're a strategic, data-driven client lead with technical depth and an eye for detail, we'd love to connect.
