Clinical Laboratory Manager

**Position Overview:** The Clinical Laboratory Manager is responsible for the daily administrative and operational responsibilities of the Clinical Pathology Laboratory and for the efficient operation, productivity and performance improvement of the laboratory. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional emergency response on evenings and weekends. Competitive salary and benefits package including paid vacation, sick leave and holidays; and retirement and health insurance benefits offered by the State of Washington. **Required Qualifications:** A Master's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent field applicable to the laboratory division AND certification with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent, or certification with specialty organization appropriate to the laboratory division AND four years of progressively responsible clinical technologist experience to include two years in a lead capacity. **Additional Qualifications:** One year laboratory management experience.
