Clinical Research - Head of Patient Recruiting

Summary: This a great next step for someone with 7+ years of trial recruiting experience and wants to become part of a growing organization. The Head of PR&R will report directly to the CEO, and with strong performance over time, would have opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation. - Develop and oversee patient recruiting strategies that drive the Company’s ability to meet its goals for enrollment - Manage and train a team of Patient Recruiting Specialists - Coordinate outreach efforts with external partners and Trial Sponsors to raise awareness among potential trial participants - Establish and promote best practices to improve the Company’s processes - Develop enrollment projections for both prospective and ongoing trials - Leverage data, online advertising tools, relationships, and a creative approach to increase recruiting efficiency - Create reports that track performance metrics and use findings to drive strategic decision-making, related to; candidate conversion rates, campaign-specific results, return on advertising spend, and participant retention - 7+ years of experience in patient recruiting for a clinical trial research site, pharmaceutical company, or CRO - Deep understanding of patient recruiting processes, strategies, and industry-related technology - Track-record of developing and implementing full patient recruiting strategies, that generate tangible results - Strong grasp of the online advertising landscape including search engine optimization, social media outreach, and web-based for targeting specific demographics and patient populations - Experience in leading, training, and motivating teams - Capacity for analyzing data with meticulous attention to detail - Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceuticals industry and the drug development process - Experience reporting to Senior Management with accountability for meeting performance-based targets - Familiarity with diverse set of tools.
