Qualities we are looking for:
Good communication skills, willingness to work on a team
Common sense, decision making skills and calmness
Reliable transportation, good driving record, auto insurance and flexibility with scheduling
Clean background check and honesty up front regarding any past issues
Longevity with previous employers showing commitment and reliability
Prefer 3-5 years experience in private care or home care
Willingness to go beyond expectations of the clients
Confidence to provide high quality of care independently
