Brand Marketing & Communications - Graphic Designer7800 E Orchard Rd, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, USAJob DescriptionPosted Friday, April 11, 2025 at 6:00 AMAs a Graphic Designer, you will implement the design and production of marketing materials and special projects for marketing and other departments. Your responsibilities will include:Designing graphics to be used in proposals, presentations, and advertisements.Communicating the marketing strategy through design.Reviewing and revising materials for clarity and visual effect.Editing content for accuracy of information and correctness of presentation.Conducting searches from various internal and external resources to obtain information about potential products and techniques, as well as collecting visual assets used for marketing collateral.Ensuring all materials are reviewed and approved by Compliance before distribution.Minimum Requirements: This position requires the following educational and/or job experience:2+ years graphics design experience (print and digital)Experience with digital design including proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Creativity: Strong graphic style and portfolioInitiative to keep projects movingAbility to take design direction from multiple partiesDisciplined work ethicStrong attention to detailAbility to convey messages into illustrations, charts, or graphsDesired Skills: Ideal candidates for this position should possess some or all of the following skills:5+ years graphics design experience (print and digital)Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications or Graphic DesignPassionate and motivated self-starterStrong work ethic and ability to complete work accuratelyStrong oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to assist with copywriting on smaller projects.We are committed to our core value of meritocracy and supporting our associates in growing within their role.
