Collections Representative (first party business-to-business) $20-$24/

• Sets appointments via phone calls and other forms of communication to negotiate space rental prices for advertisements and promotions. • Writes lease agreements and builds strong customer relationships with just a few phone calls. • Negotiate rates for advertising products (they will train on this) • Update data into multiple databases • Send advertisement order over to the next department to get the project started. They don’t have us work with any other department as they always move people up from this position internally! • Must be comfortable being on the phone – you will be making 100 outbound calls per day • You will have goals/metrics to meet monthly (8-10 contracts) which can be done easily as long as you’re making the outbound calls each day • Highschool degree required • Professional attitude • Excellent attendance Additional Info: • Pay range: $17-$18/hr for someone with 0-1 years of 1st party collections or phone sales experience, $19-$24/hr for someone with 2+ years of outbound calling, phone sales or 1st party collections experience.
