The ideal candidate is a dynamic and experienced Commerce Team Lead to drive significant advertising revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of campaigns and strategic initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the commerce landscape, both online and offline, and the ability to translate that knowledge into effective advertising strategies that deliver measurable results. Marketing Campaigns: - Lead a team to develop and execute scaled go-to-market (GTM) strategies for commerce advertising solutions, aligned with business objectives. - Partner very closely with Partnership Solutions and TikTok Shops sales, marketing and campaigns teams to maximize impact across commerce (and some non-comm) opportunities in joint strategies and campaigns.
