Commercial Ad-Tech Attorney

To support a legal team transition, the full-time Commercial Ad-Tech Attorney will negotiate and manage a high volume of commercial agreements, including master services agreements and insertion orders, while focusing on data privacy concerns in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Negotiate and manage a variety of commercial agreements with a focus on insertion agreements Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective contract execution Provide legal support and business judgment in a fast-paced, aggressive environment Required qualifications Significant experience with commercial contracts, particularly insertion agreements Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA Ability to work independently and exercise sound business judgment Experience in a technology or digital advertising environment is preferred Availability for approximately 40 hours per week for a duration of 3-6 months
