COMMERCIAL Admin Asst - SPO

Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced administrative professional to assist with daily operations at a COMMERCIAL OFFICE PARK located in Springdale, OH. The Commercial Property Assistant will provide administrative services to Site Property Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day aspects of property management, leasing, and maintenance issues with the direction of Site Manager. The Commercial Property Assistant will work closely with the Site Manager to strengthen the property and develops innovative new ways to interact with tenants, help assist in leasing to new tenants and strengthen the relationships we have with existing tenants providing them with excellent customer service. Responsibilities:  Customer service focused problem solver  Must be capable of relationship development and retention  Excellent phone skills  Willingness to help schedule appointments and assist manager in showings  Must be a team player; tenacious and results oriented  Must be a self-starter with high energy  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills  Basic accounting knowledge- Property management software experience preferred  Assist in the implementation of online marketing and social media advertising  Communicate online to develop positive relationships, promote awareness, and drive traffic by blogging, Facebook, Google Business  Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities Requirements:  Commercial Property or Multi-Family experience is a plus  Must be a team player; tenacious and results oriented  Must be a self-starter with high energy  Strong telephone and web-based demonstration skills required  Accounting & Book keeping experience  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills  Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurability Computer/online skills:  Understands and uses social media tools and website traffic measurement tools.
