We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Brand Manager to join a forward-thinking and growing organisation based in Andover. This role offers the chance to play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, creating engaging content, and supporting business growth across a range of digital and traditional channels.

\n

Day-to-Day of the Role:

\n

\nDevelop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.\n

Create engaging content for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, blogs, case studies, marketing materials, and customer communications.
\n

Manage website updates, support SEO initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and CRM activities.
\n

Plan, implement, and monitor social media campaigns to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
\n

Support exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and industry events through the creation of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
\n

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
\n

Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
\n

\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n

\nProven experience within Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Communications.\n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\n

Creative thinker with a proactive approach and strong commercial awareness.
\n

Experience working within a regulated, technical, healthcare, medical device, engineering, or technology-led environment would be advantageous.
\n

Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
\n
