We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager Assistant with at least 5 years of experience in Commercial Property Management, mainly of shopping centers with smaller retail and office tenants. This manager would need to be capable of setting up a new commercial management company to handle all issues associated with our shopping centers. The appropriate candidate must travel between centers on a regular basis in order to interact with tenants and to determine how best to improve the centers for the benefit of all concerned. This may require some weekend showing or emergency repair. The quality of weekly reporting and communication of work plan and work accomplishments is a major component of employment evaluations for this job.
