Commercial Property Management Office Assistant - PT

Responsibilities will include providing administrative secretarial and organizational overflow support for the property management office and providing excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and co-workers. Successful candidates must have 2+ years administrative assistant experience; prior knowledge of commercial real estate and leasing a plus. Must be self-motivated, a team player, and able to multi-task; excellent organizational and time management skills a must. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) required to interact with the tenants in the office park as well as contractors and vendors. • Providing administrative support for leasing office & superintendent to include research, compiling data and preparation of summary reports.
