Commission-Based Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships

We’re looking for a commission-only Ad Sales / Brand Partnership killer to help grow Brutally Delicious Podcast.

This is not a cushy “wait for leads” role. This is for someone who knows how to hunt, build relationships, and close deals.

What you’ll do:

Identify and pitch potential sponsors and brand partners (music, lifestyle, beer, gear, etc.)

Build and manage relationships from first contact to signed deal

Create custom partnership ideas that make sense for both sides

Help grow revenue without compromising authenticity

Flexible schedule, fully remote

Access to an established brand with credibility in the metal space

Room to grow this into something bigger if you deliver

You should:

Have experience in ad sales, sponsorships, or partnerships (podcasts/media is a plus)

Be self-motivated and comfortable working on commission

Understand (or at least respect) heavy metal culture

Know how to pitch without sounding like a corporate robot
