Commission-Only Marketing Sales Representative

VisibleFirst is looking for a Commission-Only Marketing Sales Representative based in the Boise, Idaho area to bring on new small business clients for our agency.

You represent VisibleFirst. You build the client relationship and the agency handles all delivery. You get paid every month those clients stay.

This role is in-person first. You will be walking into businesses, shaking hands, and having real conversations with local owners. Phone and email outreach too, but boots on the ground is what sets this apart.

We are open to experienced reps and motivated newcomers who are hungry, coachable, and ready to build something real.

What We Do

VisibleFirst is a Boise-based digital marketing agency that helps small businesses get found on Google, in local search, and in AI-powered results like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. We run Google Ads, SEO, and full-service marketing for business owners who want more leads and more customers.

What You Will Do

Prospect and visit small business owners in the Boise area in person

Follow up via phone, email, and LinkedIn to move conversations forward

Run discovery conversations and present VisibleFirst services

Close monthly service agreements on behalf of the company

Hand off signed clients to our delivery team

Pull in our founding team as a subject matter expert on deals that need it

What We Are Looking For

Based in Boise or the Treasure Valley

Comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation

Persistent, organized, and self-directed

Motivated by results and comfortable in a commission-only environment

No prior sales experience required, we will train the right person

Interest in digital marketing or entrepreneurship a plus

How You Get Paid

Commission on every client you close

Recurring monthly commission for as long as that client stays with VisibleFirst
