This is a 100% commission role — uncapped earning potential for someone who can get on a call and close. What You'll Do: Take pre-qualified sales calls (leads generated through our own Meta ad funnel — you're not cold prospecting)Run discovery + close calls with tour operators, rental companies, and tourism brand ownersHandle objections around budget, timing, and past agency experienceFollow up with warm leads via phone, email, and text to move deals across the lineKeep clean records in our CRM and report on pipeline weeklyWork closely with the founder to refine pitch, offer, and close rate over timeWhat We're Looking For: Proven closing experience (agency, SaaS, high-ticket services, or similar — 1+ years preferred)Comfortable with a fully commission-based comp structure and confident in your ability to closeStrong phone/video presence — you can build rapport and handle pushback without sounding scriptedSelf-starter who doesn't need hand-holding; this is a remote, flexible-hours roleBonus: experience selling marketing/advertising services, or familiarity with the tourism/hospitality industryCompensation:
