A successful candidate will build a consistent voice of CultureWorks that communicates CultureWorks’ vital role in optimizing the impact of arts and culture in our region and equitably highlights the incredible breadth and depth of the creative community throughout our region to encourage greater community participation in arts and culture. o Collaborate with team members, local artists, and organizations to develop a monthly spotlight post for the website and social media. o Create and execute strategy for CultureWorks Arts & Culture Calendar to make the calendar the go-to calendar for the Richmond & Tri-Cities region, and manage the calendar daily, including: Manage sponsor and other paid benefits, such as featured events, widgets, and channels. Attention to detail Knowledge of social media, communications, marketing, and brand strategy with experience developing engaging social media content and campaigns to include graphics, attention-getting captions, and reels.
