Communications Assistant – Immediate Start

Position Overview

MAD Events is hiring a Communications Assistant for Immediate Start to support customer communication efforts during live promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate service information and promotional offers to customers
Assist with customer registrations and enrollment activities
Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and event activity
Ensure professional and consistent communication throughout events
Collaborate with team members to support campaign goals and event success

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment
Ability to start immediately
Authorized to work in the United States
