Communications Assistant

Milestone Consulting Solutions is currently seeking a Communications Assistant that will provide support to our different non profit clients' to achieve their overall marketing goals and expand their market base in the New York area. Responsibilities: \\- Assist in monitoring of benchmarks of the current marketing programs -Proactively give solutions on how to maximize on current marketing campaigns -Have daily interactions with potential donors to explain our clients' mission -Follow up with current donors on the satisfaction about the donation -Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the clients' brand -Collaborate with brand ambassadors to create innovative ways to gain exposure for client mission -Assist in the training and development of team members Requirements: -Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field is a plus -High School diploma required -Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment -Excellent problem solving skills -Must be willing to travel to offsite training sessions -Above average communication -Strong organizational skills To be considered for this position please submit your resume with your current contact details and our HR team will get back to you in 72 hours.
