The Communications Coordinator will tell the Caribou Coffee story to our team, guests and community by identifying , creating, and sharing key messages through internal and external brand touch points. • Help manage the Beekeeper editorial calendar and identify , plan and create content for the internal communications platform. • Oversee the analysis of analytics for Beekeeper, Linked In and other platforms and use the input to improve engagement and the timeliness and quality of content. • Ability to partner effectively with colleagues and develop relationships across teams • Proficient with current technology and tools for multi-channel communications including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, website content management systems and intranet platforms.
