Communications & Digital Marketing Specialist

Qualified applicants must possess, and application must clearly reflect work experience that demonstrates the following: Knowledge of journalistic, communication, and/or social media principles and practices.Knowledge of writing and editing written communication.Knowledge of social media and how it is used as a marketing/informational tool.Experience with principles of graphic design.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.Proven ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines.Proven ability to communicate with media while keeping the voice of the department.Demonstrated ability in video production and editing. Applicants will be required to pass the background check to the satisfaction of the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer.
