The responsibilities of this role include supporting the processes that ensure data integrity, accuracy and completeness for internal/external audits, required internal departmental reporting and required regulatory reporting regarding advertising/marketing, internal/external communications and community engagement. Additionally, this role will be required to assist with the operational processes of the department, including workflow and approval processes, financial reporting, vendor management and distribution processes. • Coordinate with other lines of business, consolidate and interpret company and departmental data and prepare comprehensive responses, documentation and/or presentations for internal/external audits, required internal departmental reporting (e.g., Risk & Control Self-Assessment) and required regulatory reporting requests. • Stay current on various platform and database capabilities and enhancements that affect review and verification processes. • Ability to prepare executive level presentations • Must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy • Must have strong organizational and time management skills • Must be able to always exercise confidentiality • Ability to work independently and as a team for collaboration when needed • Prior experience related to project management systems preferred • Prior experience related to community engagement systems preferred • Prior experience working with large datasets preferred • Knowledge of accounting structures and processes preferred • Experience with dashboard software, including Power BI preferred
