Valmark Financial Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative intern to support our Communications and Member Firm Development initiatives. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Communications & Marketing Support • Assist with front-end document management in Valmark Connect, including untagging and organizing documents as directed • Create and send one-off email communications to Members and staff using HubSpot • Support physical mailing initiatives, including coordinating and executing mail mergers • Generate and propose new ideas for social media content for both Valmark and Member Firms • Assist with maintaining and updating the employee bio library for recruiting visits, Member Firm websites, and other external uses • Proofread marketing and communications materials to ensure accuracy and brand alignment Digital & Member Engagement Projects • Conduct and support a comprehensive Member Office website audit project, reviewing sites for brand consistency, messaging alignment, and optimization opportunities • Provide marketing support to Communications team for Member Firms as needed • Assist with tracking communication engagement and identifying opportunities for improvement Related Qualities:
