Communications / Recruitment Marketing Intern

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Communications and Recruitment Marketing Intern that will play a key role in establishing and streamlining our recruitment marketing plan! You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and develop content for our digital and social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities will include assisting our team with: • Creating innovative and engaging content for social media platforms • Database creation and maintenance of sharables • Short and long form writing revamping our requisitions • Special events and recruitment marketing campaigns, such as Virtual Career Fairs • Research and establish our heat maps for targeting the correct candidates and then executing a Communications plan. • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting with limited supervision.
