Job Duties: • Learn and be familiar enough with Sprout Social to be able to discuss its capabilities and write promotional materials. • Work with team members to coordinate and schedule software demos or training sessions when requested by faculty, students, or external partners. • Work with existing clients and team members to support promotion of the media analytics lab. • Occasional attendance of university events.
