Position: Communications / Recruitment Marketing Intern Communications and Recruitment Marketing InternOur Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Communications and Recruitment Marketing Intern that will play a key role in establishing and streamlining our recruitment marketing plan! Please include the following:Tools you have experience using for tasks such as social media management (e.g., Linked In, Instagram, Canva), content creation, data tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel), and podcast/video editing (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Premiere).Details on your experience editing podcasts or video content, if applicable.Links to any portfolios, social media accounts, or past projects that showcase your work.Responsibilities will include assisting our team with:Creating innovative and engaging content for social media platformsDatabase creation and maintenance of sharablesShort and long form writing revamping our requisitionsSpecial events and recruitment marketing campaigns, such as Virtual Career FairsResearch and establish our heat maps for targeting the correct candidates and then executing a Communications plan.Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment marketing plan to attract and engage top talent, leveraging employer branding, targeted campaigns, and analytics to optimize results.Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, including Google Analytics, Facebook, Linked In, etc.Work with Managers to build monthly reporting tools on social media analytics and performance for our hiring needs.Minimum Qualifications:Must be currently enrolled as a rising Senior in an accredited college or university with a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or related major.Minimum GPA requirement - 3.2Ability to use company brand guide.Proven written communication skills, and a passion for writing both short- and long-copy.Extremely organized with the ability to pay excellent attention to detail – the intern will be expected to handle multiple projects at once.Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting with limited supervision.Demonstrated ability to self-manage workloads and meet project timelines in a remote setting.Ability to work M-F, up to 40 hours a week.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with video and audio editing, including podcast production and post-production workflows.Experience working within government contracting environments, including familiarity with compliance, procurement processes, and federal regulations.Compensation Details:20.00The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good‑faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
