Your Role

As a field-based sales expert, you will cultivate your own business portfolio in your community, maintaining your own schedule while offering diverse advertising opportunities through BVM's local print magazines and accompanying digital, social, and website products.

Consult: Engage in face-to-face meetings with exceptional local business owners to illustrate the unique aspects of their community.Strategize: Develop impactful, multi-channel branding initiatives using our diverse media offerings, including print, digital, social, websites, and reputation management.Scale: Utilize our established training and proven sales techniques to expand your own business portfolio while fostering community engagement that ensures benefits for both you and your neighbors.Your Earnings

This role operates on a 1099 independent contractor basis, meaning there's no base salary or draw—it's all commission! Representatives enjoy competitive recurring commissions, typically ranging from 70-80% depending on monthly sales and performance. Additional bonuses are available during the initial setup period and continuously thereafter.

The baseline denotes the backend costs related to the magazine and digital products, including production, distribution, and customer billing, and these costs do not impact representatives' earnings.
