Community Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

A Blessing Personal Homecare is seeking a Community Coordinator to lead our outreach, build strong referral relationships, and grow our client base throughout the Acadiana area. About the Role: Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, rehab centers, etc.) • Represent the company at health fairs, expos, senior events, and chamber functions • Track and report outreach efforts, lead generation, and conversion metrics • Distribute marketing materials across the region • Organize community events to promote awareness of homecare services • Work closely with the intake and care coordination team to ensure client satisfaction What We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach (healthcare or senior care a plus) • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills • Knowledge of the Lafayette and Acadiana market is highly preferred • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
