The candidate must have 2+ years of property management experience in a similar role managing 400+ units. Must have experience with RealPage OneSite. Maintaining exceptional community standards and customer service Conduct weekly physical inspections of all areas of the property in order to evaluate the condition relative to curb appeal, health, safety risk management, asset preservation, customer service, and company standards Must be autonomous and have a hands-on approach
