Our Community Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to: directing and controlling the operation of the apartment community; maximizing the ROI for the Owners; providing a quiet and enjoyable living environment for residents; encouraging positive work relationships with all employees; successfully maintaining high occupancy and having a thorough understanding of competitive marketing and pricing; communicating effectively with residents, employees, supervisors, and vendors; performing daily inspections of community to ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance, and prevention of safety hazards. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in Property Management at the Community Manager level with strong emphases on leasing and marketing. Prepare marketing and leasing plan for community as well as knowing the market Manage staff and upkeep of the physical property
