In this position it would be yourself a leasing agent and a dedicated maintenance technician managing the 224 apartment units. He or she must aggressively contribute to the profitability by developing and maintain beneficial business relationships including showing good leadership skills to onsite employees and being committed to customer satisfaction. • Know and present the features and benefits of the property at all times. • At least 2 years’ experience in residential property management at the Assistant Manager or Manager level, with interest in gaining more industry knowledge and increasing responsibility in a growing company.
