For over 60 years, Goldfarb Properties has been a family-run and managed business offering the finest apartments across five diverse regions. **Who You Are:** * Engaging with customers and followers using social media and live event facilitation * Managing Goldfarb Properties’ social media channels, including developing content calendars, scheduling all posts across platforms, responding to comments and DMs, and assisting in analytics reporting * Curating content from various sources * Drafting post copy * Identifying relevant hashtags in the real estate and lifestyle industries * Identifying relevant conversations within our regions and industry * Utilizing social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Later and native platform analytics * Covering live events via Instagram Stories, Facebook Live, IGTV, etc. * Excellence in written and verbal communication * Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yelp, YouTube, TiktTok, Snapchat * Punctuality * Understanding of social media analytics * Skills in copywriting and social media design tactics * Keen interest in community facilitation * A people’s person with interest in empathy marketing * Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite * Availability to work on-site at our New Rochelle office (promise it is worth the drive/Metro North commute) * Keen interest in learning new skills in social media and listing space * Willingness to try and fail and try again in a supportive environment So many of our employees have grown personally and professionally with us over many years.
