The Community Manager position supervises, manages, and directs the day-to-day management of our apartment community located in Seattle, WA. The Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service to the community and its residents by providing a standard for all their direct reports. · Enhancing the quality of life for residents by organizing and promoting community events and concierge services. · 1.5+ years as a Manager or high-level experience as a Leasing or Assistant Manager. · Proven ability to supervise a staff of two or more associates.
