We are presently seeking a Community Manager for our Grantville community located in Grantville, PA to manage the daily administration, operation, and personnel of the manufactured home community in an efficient, professional, and profitable manner. As a Community Manager, you will: Manage and deposit daily collection of all monthly rentals, late fees, etc. Demonstrate leadership in corporate attitude, communication skills, and professional appearance. Manage accidents, emergency situations, and immediate mechanical needs; report to the corporate office immediately and prepare the proper reports.
