Community Manager

As our Community Manager, you will be responsible for the following: \\- Leading a team to ensure community is maintained to standards compatible with company’s policies and procedures, compliance with fair housing and all applicable laws, and maximizing occupancy and NOI. The qualified candidate must be committed to providing above average results on a daily basis and will possess the following: \\- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Entrata software experience a plus \\- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act \\- Professional attitude and communication skills \\- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to process error-free work product \\- Be a great team player \\- A positive and enthusiastic personality with a "Can-Do" attitude; Essential Functions** 2+ years of related multi-family property management experience (75 units or more); Ability to develop and implement successful short and long-range marketing plans. Develop innovative and cost-effective advertising strategies, resident referral programs and other initiatives that generate qualified traffic. Follow-up with all prospective residents.
