Carry out the philosophies of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure NPP is meeting the client objectives and expectations Keeps immediate supervisor informed concerning work progress, including present and potential work problems, and suggestions for new or improved ways of addressing such problems. Maintain compliance with OSHA requirements. Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with reporting of maintenance needs. Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing NPP Management.
