Applicants should be multi-skilled, a self-starter and a strong leader with excellent communication skills. Under the direct supervision of the Regional Manager and/or Area Manager, the Community Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to associates at assigned property. The Community Manager advocates on behalf of associates to enhance individual performance, as well as provide excellent customer service to residents. • Ability to perform all functions of an Assistant Community Manager • Able to work with at a computer for a minimum of 7 hours daily either standing or sitting
