Marketing Representative Job Summary The Marketing Representative is responsible for overseeing the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. This role involves working closely with on-site team members to prioritize solutions and provide frameworks that will drive journey metrics. It also requires demonstrating relentless focus on solving issues through innovative solutions, engaging with residents, prospective residents, associates, and stakeholders to understand needs, and leading with the values of the company culture.
