Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator

Arbor Trace and Arbor Glen at Arbor Trace are seeking an energetic, creative, and relationship-focused individual to help promote our vibrant senior living community through social media, advertising, community outreach, and special events. This flexible part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, attending community events, creating engaging content, and helping share the story of a unique senior living lifestyle in Naples. Coordinate digital and print advertising efforts Assist with mailers, flyers, brochures, and marketing materials Attend community events and local networking opportunities to promote Arbor Trace and Arbor Glen Help coordinate outreach events in partnership with Real Estate, Dining Services, Activities, and Leadership teams Build positive relationships with seniors, families, and community contacts Serve as a friendly and professional ambassador for the community Generate interest and referrals for independent living and assisted living opportunities Coordinate with the appropriate departments for follow-up and tours. Strong social media and communication skills Comfortable interacting with seniors and families Organized, creative, and dependable Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Photography, video, and content creation experience is a plus Competitive hourly compensation based on experience Estimated range $22 to $25 per hour
